To purchase assets at a portfolio blended average 12CAP with the goal to exit to the capital markets with a minimal USD$250M portfolio value in three years. We consider case-by-case opportunistic sales of an 8CAP or less.
Your Investment
If you choose to invest in our REIT, you will participate in quarterly dividends with predetermined waterfall criteria on Net Cash Flow and Capital Events based on equity percentages.
